ZM-100X Double-Spindle Self-Propelled Plate Beveling Machine
The ZM-100X double-spindle self-propelled plate beveling machine is used for upper beveling, lower beveling, edge chamfering and weld preparation before welding. It is suitable for carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel and other metal plates, especially for double-side beveling, compound beveling and applications where plate flipping needs to be reduced.
With a double-spindle cutting structure, the machine can process upper and lower bevels according to different welding requirements. It moves automatically along the plate edge, making it suitable for long plates, batch production and continuous fabrication. Compared with manual grinding or single-side beveling followed by plate flipping, the ZM-100X helps reduce repeated clamping, improve processing efficiency and increase bevel consistency.
The ZM-100X Series is widely used in steel fabrication, pressure vessel manufacturing, shipbuilding, bridge component fabrication, engineering machinery, heavy equipment manufacturing and metal plate prefabrication.
Suitable for upper and lower beveling of metal plates before welding. Double-spindle cutting structure supports upper bevel and lower bevel processing for double-side or compound bevel requirements. Self-propelled operation allows continuous movement along the plate edge for long plates and batch processing. Upper bevel angle is adjustable from 0° to 60°, and lower bevel angle is adjustable from 0° to 45°. Helps reduce plate flipping, repeated clamping and manual grinding time. Suitable for steel fabrication, pressure vessels, shipbuilding, bridge components, engineering machinery and heavy equipment manufacturing.
