ZM-80R Series Self-Propelled Plate Beveling Machine
The ZM-80R Series self-propelled plate beveling machine is used for plate edge beveling, chamfering and weld preparation before welding. It is suitable for carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel and other metal plates, especially for thick plate processing and wider beveling applications.
With a self-propelled working mode, the machine can move steadily along the plate edge, making it suitable for long plates, batch processing and heavy-duty plate fabrication. Compared with manual grinding, mechanical beveling helps reduce manual finishing time, improve bevel consistency and increase welding preparation efficiency.
The ZM-80R Series is widely used in steel fabrication, pressure vessel manufacturing, shipbuilding, bridge component fabrication, engineering machinery and heavy equipment manufacturing.
