Plate Beveling - ZM Series

ZM-60 Series Plate Beveling Machine

The ZM Series self-propelled plate beveling machine is designed for welding preparation on carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel and other metal plates. It can be used for plate edge beveling, edge chamfering, weld preparation and bevel forming.

With a self-propelled working mode, the machine can move continuously along the plate edge, making it suitable for long plates and batch processing. Compared with manual grinding, it helps improve processing efficiency, bevel consistency and welding preparation quality.

This series is widely used in steel fabrication, pressure vessel manufacturing, shipbuilding, heavy equipment manufacturing and metal processing workshops.

  • Suitable for welding preparation of metal plates. Used for edge beveling of carbon steel, stainless steel and alloy steel plates.
  • Self-propelled operation improves continuous processing efficiency. The machine moves automatically along the plate edge, reducing manual grinding and repeated adjustment.
  • Stable beveling performance and consistent bevel shape. The transmission structure and cutter disc design help achieve smooth and stable beveling results.
  • Suitable for different plate processing conditions. Configurations can be selected according to plate thickness, material, bevel angle and working requirements.
