Cooling Circulation Water Tank
The cooling circulation water tank is an auxiliary cooling device for pipe welding equipment and other mechanical equipment. It is mainly used in outdoor construction sites, unstable water supply environments, or working conditions where equipment requires continuous cooling. During plastic pipe welding, butt fusion, electrofusion welding, cutting and other construction processes, some equipment needs stable cooling water to maintain operating temperature and reliability.
The unit adopts a water tank and circulation pump structure. Cooling water is continuously delivered from the tank to the equipment cooling system and then circulated for reuse. Compared with direct water supply, the circulation water tank reduces dependence on job-site water conditions and helps avoid water pump failures caused by frequent start-stop operation or long-term running. The visible water level also helps operators check water volume and refill easily.
The series includes CT-10 and LX-20 cooling circulation water tanks. Users can select the model according to water capacity, flow rate, remote water supply distance and cooling demand. It is suitable for plastic pipe butt fusion welding machines, electrofusion welding machines, arc cutting machines, pipe bending machines, mechanical cooling systems and other industrial equipment requiring cooling water circulation.
