Electric Shear Wrench

The electric shear wrench is a professional electric tool for fastening torsional shear type high-strength bolts. It is mainly used in steel structure installation, bridge construction, factory steel beam connection, tower installation, railway engineering and large equipment assembly. During construction, torsional shear type high-strength bolts usually require a dedicated wrench for final tightening. When the required fastening force is reached, the spline end of the bolt is automatically sheared off, providing a clear indication that the fastening process has been completed.

This series features a compact body, light weight and easy operation, making it suitable for steel structure construction sites, high-altitude work areas and limited-space working conditions. Compared with manual wrenches, an electric shear wrench reduces labor intensity, improves fastening efficiency and helps maintain better consistency during batch construction.

The series includes H24, SH24 and SH30 models. H24 and SH24 are suitable for 10.9-grade torsional shear bolts in M16, M20, M22 and M24 sizes. SH24 is smaller and lighter, making it suitable for sites that require fast movement and efficient operation. SH30 is suitable for M24, M27 and M30 torsional shear bolts, with a maximum torque of 2000N·m, making it suitable for larger steel structure bolt applications.
