S Series Heavy-Duty Electric Torque Wrench

The S series heavy-duty electric torque wrench is a high-torque electric tool designed for heavy bolt installation and removal. It is mainly used in railway maintenance, tower cranes, vehicle tires, bridge engineering, steel structure installation and large equipment repair. The tool is electrically driven and does not require an air compressor, making it suitable for construction sites, repair workshops and outdoor maintenance work.

The series uses a powerful copper-core motor with stable power output, meeting the requirements of high-torque bolting operations. Compared with manual wrenches, it greatly reduces manual force and improves working efficiency. Compared with pneumatic impact tools, the electric structure is easier to deploy in locations without compressed air supply, making it suitable for equipment repair, engineering installation and mobile work.

The S series includes S2000 and S3500 models. S2000 provides a torque range of 1500–2000N·m and is suitable for M24–M42 standard bolts and M24–M30 high-strength bolts. S3500 provides a torque range of 2000–3500N·m and is suitable for M27–M50 standard bolts and M24–M36 high-strength bolts. Users can select the proper model according to bolt size, torque demand and working intensity.
