The CG1-30S semi-automatic flame cutting machine is a portable flame cutting device mainly used for circular cutting, round hole cutting and circular blanking of steel plates. Through a stable cutting mechanism, the torch moves along the cutting path more consistently than manual flame cutting, helping reduce cutting deviation and improve circular cutting efficiency.
The machine has a compact structure and lightweight body, making it convenient for workshop and project site use. The cutting diameter range is 200–2000mm, and the cutting speed is 50–750mm/min. Operators can adjust the cutting speed according to material thickness, hole diameter and cutting requirements. The machine works with oxygen, acetylene and other flame cutting gases, mainly for carbon steel plate cutting.
