DN1 series foot pedal spot welding machine for sheet metal, hardware parts, wire mesh and small metal parts resistance spot welding

DN1 Series Foot Pedal Spot Welding Machine

DN1 Series Foot Pedal Spot Welding Machine

The DN1 series foot pedal spot welding machine is a resistance spot welding machine for joining thin metal sheets and small metal parts. It is mainly used for spot welding low-carbon steel sheets, stainless steel sheets, galvanized sheets, wire materials, mesh panels, hardware parts and metal products. The foot pedal mechanism controls electrode pressing and welding action, allowing the operator to position the workpiece with both hands while controlling the welding process by foot. This makes the machine suitable for continuous spot welding and batch production.

The machine uses AC resistance welding. During welding, the upper and lower electrodes apply pressure to the workpiece and deliver welding current, generating resistance heat at the welding area to form a stable welding spot. Compared with manual welding, spot welding is faster, more concentrated and more suitable for thin sheet parts that require good appearance, efficiency and repeatability.

The DN1 series includes DN1-16, DN1-25 and DN1-35 models. Users can choose the proper model according to workpiece thickness, welding strength and production demand. The machine is widely used in hardware processing, sheet metal processing, metal product factories, wire mesh processing, household appliance parts, equipment repair and small structural part welding.

  • Suitable for spot welding metal sheets, wire materials, mesh panels, hardware parts and small metal components.
  • Foot pedal control allows easy operation and continuous spot welding.
  • AC resistance welding principle, using electrode pressure and welding current to form welding spots.
  • Compact structure with small footprint, suitable for workshops, repair stations and small processing sites.
  • Welding time can be adjusted according to material thickness and welding spot requirements.
  • Suitable for thin sheet spot welding of low-carbon steel, stainless steel and galvanized sheets.
  • DN1-16, DN1-25 and DN1-35 models are available for different welding capacity requirements.
  • Suitable for batch spot welding, repair welding, metal product processing and hardware part production.
  • Can be used for wire mesh, metal brackets, sheet metal parts, appliance accessories and small structural parts.
