The CG1-2 series H-beam gas cutting machine is a semi-automatic flame cutting machine for steel structure fabrication and H-beam component cutting. It is mainly used for cutting the upper and lower flanges, web plate, end faces and related welded components of H-beams. The machine adopts a split combined structure and can be adjusted according to the H-beam section and cutting position. Compared with manual cutting, it helps improve cutting stability, cut consistency and on-site processing efficiency.
The machine mainly consists of a web cutting mechanism, flange cutting mechanism, control box, gas distributor and cutting torch. The web cutting mechanism is equipped with a reducer, motor and clutch device, allowing the cutting unit to run along the rail. The flange cutting mechanism is installed on one side of the web cutting mechanism and is supported on the flange surface by rollers, moving together with the mechanism to complete the cutting operation. The design is practical and convenient for inspection, maintenance and operation.
The CG1-2 series includes CG1-2 H type and CG1-2A H type. CG1-2 H type is suitable for regular H-beam cutting, with web cutting width of 150–800mm and flange cutting width of 150–400mm. CG1-2A H type is suitable for larger H-beams, with web cutting width of 150–1600mm and flange cutting width of 150–800mm. The equipment is widely used in steel structure fabrication, bridge component manufacturing, workshop steel beam processing, machinery manufacturing, engineering installation and maintenance cutting.

Main body and shell are made of aluminum alloy, lightweight and convenient for movement and field use. The web cutting mechanism has a reducer, motor and clutch device, and can run stably along the rail. The flange cutting mechanism is installed on one side of the web cutting mechanism and moves along the flange surface with roller support. Cutting speed uses silicon-controlled speed regulation, convenient for adjustment according to plate thickness and flame condition. Different cutting nozzles can be selected for different cutting needs. Suitable for steel structure plants, bridge component factories, machinery manufacturing, engineering installation and on-site repair cutting.
