The CG2 series semi-automatic circle gas cutting machine is a flame cutting device specially designed for circular cutting of steel plates. It is mainly used for circular part cutting, round hole cutting, flange cutting and circular blanking of carbon steel plates. Through center positioning and circular torch movement, the machine can complete stable circular cutting. Compared with manual flame cutting, it helps improve dimensional consistency, cutting stability and working efficiency.
The machine adopts a die-cast aluminum alloy body, making the structure lightweight and convenient for workshop or on-site movement. The mechanical gear speed control system runs smoothly, allowing operators to adjust cutting speed according to plate thickness, hole diameter and flame condition. The adjustable aluminum alloy rollers on the base make movement and positioning more flexible. The gas rotary distribution design reduces hose twisting during circular cutting, making continuous operation smoother.
The CG2 series includes CG2-600, CG2-1000 and CG2-1000I, covering circular cutting ranges from φ30–600mm and φ30–1000mm. The machine can cut steel plates with thickness from 6–100mm, with cutting speed from 50–750mm/min. It is widely used in steel structure fabrication, flange manufacturing, machinery parts processing, pressure vessels, shipbuilding, metal workshops and on-site maintenance cutting.
