CG Series Portable Semi-Automatic Gas Cutting Machine

The CG series portable semi-automatic gas cutting machine is a rail-guided flame cutting device mainly used for straight cutting, circular cutting and bevel cutting of carbon steel plates. The machine travels along the guide rail to maintain a stable cutting path. Compared with manual flame cutting, it helps improve cutting straightness, speed stability and working efficiency, making it suitable for workshop processing and field construction.

The machine body is made of high-strength aluminum alloy, making the equipment lightweight and convenient to move. The speed control system adopts silicon-controlled stepless speed regulation, allowing operators to adjust the travel speed according to plate thickness and cutting requirements. With oxygen, acetylene and other gas systems, the machine can cut steel plates from 8mm to 100mm thickness and perform circular cutting from φ200 to φ2000mm.

The CG series includes CG1-30, CG1-30B and CG1-100 models. CG1-30 is suitable for single-torch cutting and can process I-type cuts and V-type 45° bevels. CG1-100 can be equipped with a double-torch structure to improve cutting efficiency and process I-type, Y-type and V-type bevels. The machine is widely used in steel structures, shipbuilding, machinery manufacturing, pressure vessels, metal workshops, engineering installation and equipment maintenance.
