SMD CNC Third-Axis High-Speed Pipe Cutting and Beveling Machine
The SMD CNC third-axis high-speed pipe cutting and beveling machine is an automated pipe processing system designed for pipe prefabrication lines and industrial pipeline fabrication. It is mainly used for pipe cutting, synchronized beveling, double-side beveling and pipe end preparation before welding. The machine can complete cutting and bevel forming in one cutting cycle, helping reduce secondary clamping, manual grinding and post-processing time.
The series adopts CNC control and a third-axis servo feeding structure. After setting pipe diameter, processing parameters and cutting procedures on the touch screen, the machine can automatically complete feeding, retraction, turning and fixed-length cutting. Compared with ordinary pipe cutting machines, the SMD series is more suitable for continuous, batch and highly automated pipe prefabrication centers.
The SMD series includes SMD-168, SMD-325, SMD-426, SMD-530, SMD-630, SMD-762 and SMD-914, covering a pipe processing range from 30mm to 914mm. The machine can be equipped with feeding conveyors, loading systems, discharge storage areas and other supporting systems to realize continuous loading, cutting, beveling and unloading. It is suitable for carbon steel, stainless steel and other materials, and is widely used in petrochemical, natural gas, power construction, boiler, pressure pipeline, shipbuilding, water treatment and large industrial pipeline installation projects.
Suitable for pipe cutting, single-side beveling, double-side beveling and integrated cutting-beveling operations. Third-axis servo feeding structure improves beveling efficiency and control accuracy. One cutting cycle can complete double-side bevel forming, reducing secondary clamping and manual grinding. Supports automatic feeding, automatic retraction, automatic turning and automatic fixed-length cutting. Can be integrated with automatic loading, unloading, feeding conveyor, material storage and discharge systems. Supports 1–3 cutting tools according to different processing requirements. Suitable for carbon steel, stainless steel and other industrial pipe materials. Cutting wall thickness capability: single bevel; stainless steel 18mm; carbon steel 22mm; multi-tool processing up to 35mm. Suitable for integration with automatic pipe logistics and conveyor systems in pipe prefabrication lines. Used in petrochemical, natural gas, power, boiler, pressure pipeline, shipbuilding and industrial installation projects.
