UBM-1020 Unlimited Diameter Round Pipe Beveling Machine
The UBM-1020 unlimited diameter round pipe beveling machine is mainly used for welding preparation of round pipes, cylindrical workpieces and industrial pipe ends. It is suitable for round workpieces with a diameter greater than 114mm, with no upper limit on pipe diameter. It is a practical solution for large round pipe ends that are difficult to process with ordinary pipe beveling tools.
The machine adopts a compact and portable structure, making it easy to install and operate in workshop prefabrication, on-site pipeline installation and shutdown maintenance projects. It can process common bevel angles such as 30°, 37.5° and 45°, and can be used for pipe end facing, external edge beveling and welding preparation. For job sites requiring fast round pipe beveling, the UBM-1020 provides good flexibility.
