UBM-1560 Unlimited Diameter Automatic Pipe Beveling Machine
The UBM-1560 unlimited diameter automatic pipe beveling machine is mainly used for welding preparation of large-diameter pipes, cylindrical workpieces, storage tank shells and pressure vessel sections. It is suitable for pipes and cylindrical parts with a diameter greater than 600mm, with no upper limit on the pipe diameter. It helps solve the limitation of ordinary pipe beveling machines when processing oversized round workpieces.
The machine adopts automatic travel operation. The cutting unit can move continuously along the edge of round workpieces, making it suitable for pipe end beveling, end facing and welding preparation. Compared with manual grinding or hand finishing, the UBM-1560 helps improve bevel consistency, reduce manual operation time and improve pipe end preparation quality before welding.
The UBM-1560 is suitable for carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel and other industrial materials. It can prepare flat ends, V-grooves, U-grooves and other bevel forms according to welding requirements.
